RomArchive – Digital Archive of the Roma is a project of sauerbrey | raabe gUG (limited liability), represented by Isabel Raabe and Franziska Sauerbrey.

sauerbrey | raabe gUG takes data protection and thus the protection of your personal data very seriously. With this statement we therefore inform you about the handling of your personal data. In general, your data is protected within the framework of legal regulations. Below you will find information about which data of your making contact is collected and how it is used.

Your personal data will be processed by us in the following ways:

1) Postal invitations to the RomArchive project

The provision of your data is necessary for establishing and maintaining contacts. The provision is voluntary on your part, but we cannot process your request without provision.

Your personal data that you provide to us, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone numbers will be processed by us internally and only in exceptional cases passed on to institutions associated with us, if the purpose is directly related to the work of the RomArchive project. Information will only be sent by post as long as you have not objected to the use of your data.

2) Use of the website blog.romarchive.eu and romarchive.eu, hereinafter also referred to as “website”

When you access our website, no connection data is stored.

Analytics

No web analysis software is used.

The website does not use cookies.

In order to integrate videos on our website we use, among others, the provider Vimeo. Vimeo is operated by Vimeo, LLC with its head office in 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.
