Roman Chojnacki (b.1965) is the chairman of the Szczecinek-based Polish Roma Union, which with other organizations, is responsible for the stipend program for Roma students, from the Ministry of Administration and Digitization. Chojnacki is a member of the Joint Commission of the Government and National and Ethnic Minorities, the International Romani Union and an elected representative of the European Roma and Travelers Forum. He is head of the IRMA (International Romani Monitoring Agency), established at the International Romani Union an institution created in order to uncover, counteract, and fight organized crime (in cooperation with state institutions), and hate–crimes, discrimination, and terrorism. He is also Editor-in-chief of the Romano Atmo bi-monthly magazine.
