MA, sociologist and translator, Berlin (Germany), completed her studies in sociology and translation studies at Charles University in Prague with a dissertation on translating sociolects (2012). Since then, she has lived in Berlin, where she works as a researcher, translator and freelance director of culture and education projects aimed at combatting antigypsyism. Since 2017, she has been research assistant at the Foundation Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe. In 2013 she published Roma-Autoren erzählen. Kurzgeschichten und Gedichte aus Ungarn, Tschechien und der Slowakei (‘Romani Writers Narrate. Short Stories and Poems from Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia’), which was followed in 2015 by Roma-Generation 2.0. Vom verfolgten Volk zu europäischen Bürgern (‘Romani Generation 2.0. From a Persecuted People to European Citizens’).
