Kontextualisierung

Am ersten Abend der Lesereihe in der Österreichischen Nationalbibliothek trug Rajko Djurić neben zwei Prosatexten (über die Gräuel an Roma und Sinti während der NS-Zeit beziehungsweise über den persönlichen Umgang mit rezentem Nationalismus und Kriegsgeschehen) in deutscher Sprache auch diese drei Gedichte auf Romanes vor (mit den deutschen Titeln »Auf dem Pfade des Windes«, »Vor uns« und »Wenn die Sonne zur Ruhe geht«). Das dritte Gedicht stand Pate für den Titel dieser Literaturveranstaltung.

Die deutsche Übersetzung der Gedichte wurde von dem österreichischen Schauspieler Hermann Schmid gelesen.
