Kontextualisierung

Am dritten Abend der Veranstaltung »Wenn die Sonne zur Ruhe geht, ergreif den letzten Strahl« wurde aus den 1988 und 1992 erschienen autobiografischen Werken von Ceija Stojka gelesen. Gemeinsam mit ihrem Sohn Hojda, ihrem Neffen Harri, ihrer Nichte Doris und weiteren Musikern bestritt die Autorin selbst auch das musikalische Rahmenprogramm.

Zu Beginn der Lesung trug Ceija Stojka eines jener Gedichte vor, die ihre Liebe zur ungetrübten Natur, hier zugleich Symbol für Freiheit und Lebenskraft, zum Ausdruck bringen. Florentin Groll las »Auf einer grünen Weide« auf Deutsch – und danach Ausschnitte aus »Wir leben im Verborgenen« und »Reisende auf dieser Welt«.
